Our specialty is "Toro Iwashi no Mentaiko", which is a fatty sardine back stuffed with cod roe and slowly grilled. Fresh mackerel, which we purchase daily from Kujuku Islands in Nagasaki, is grilled. Tetsubiki" means sashimi, and you can enjoy the texture that you can only get from fresh mackerel. It is served with ground sesame seeds and special soy sauce!
