Now, I would like to introduce our recommended menu today.
We hope you will enjoy this gem of a product that is full of attention to detail!
 
Hakata's specialty! Toro Iwashi Mentaiko and handmade Maruten noodles.
We are a restaurant where you can enjoy the "deliciousness" of Kyushu to the fullest.
Introduced here is "Toro Iwashi no Mentaiko" (grilled toro sardine with cod roe).
A Fukuoka specialty, the belly of a fatty sardine is stuffed with spicy cod roe, an exquisite dish slowly grilled to perfection.
You can enjoy its savory, fluffy texture and deep flavor combined with mentaiko.
Also, please take note of the "handmade maruten".
Handmade from scratch in the store, each one is carefully baked softly over charcoal.
The fresh ingredients from Kyushu are utilized to create a simple yet rich taste filled with the flavor of seafood.
Both are perfect for drinking, so please enjoy them!

Our restaurant offers a wide range of banquet plans for a wide variety of occasions.
For example, in the "Kakowi no Meibutsu Course 4000 yen (tax included)",
A total of 10 dishes, including Kujukushima saba (mackerel) with iron grill and wagyu beef menchikatsu, are available at a reasonable price!
The "Seasonal Charcoal Grill Course" (5,000 yen including tax) and the "Slightly Luxurious Course" (6,000 yen including tax) are also available,
You can enjoy sumptuous dishes such as char-grilled silver cod marinated in homemade miso and char-grilled king crab.
For an additional 2,000 yen (tax included), you can enjoy beverages as much as you like with either course,
