The famous "Toro Iwashi Mentaiko" (grilled toro sardines with cod roe) is made from the back of a fatty toro sardine.
Robata-yaki is a slow-cooked dish stuffed with plenty of mentaiko (cod roe).
For robatayaki with meat, we also recommend the Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Harami Grill.
Only the excess fat is removed and the juicy, flavorful Miyazaki Wagyu beef is served.
