Robata-yaki is a Japanese style of cooking in which seasonal ingredients are boldly grilled to perfection! The restaurant is located in the center of Tokyo, and is a popular destination for both business and leisure travelers.

In this issue, we would like to introduce some of the best products we recommend.
The famous "Toro Iwashi Mentaiko" (grilled toro sardines with cod roe) is made from the back of a fatty toro sardine.
Robata-yaki is a slow-cooked dish stuffed with plenty of mentaiko (cod roe).
For robatayaki with meat, we also recommend the Miyazaki Wagyu Beef Harami Grill.
Only the excess fat is removed and the juicy, flavorful Miyazaki Wagyu beef is served.
In addition, seasonal vegetables can be tasted at Robata-yaki.
